Mrs Victoria Fila Ojogbane is a Lawyer by training and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990.
After 15 years in private practice, she joined the Federal Civil Service Commission in 2005 as a Chief State Counsel. She served in the Solicitors Department for 9 years before her posting as Legal Adviser to the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission from 2014 -2018.
Upon her return to the Ministry, she served as Deputy Director in the Citizens Right Department, until her posting out of the Ministry as the pioneer Director Legal Services, Nigerian Police Trust Fund.
She is presently the Director Planning, Research and Statistics of the Ministry.
Her passion is reading, planning and mentoring.
