BAD GOVERNANCE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSECURITY – NHRC BOSS, OJUKWU – PUNCH PG.12 &13

The Chairman, National Human Rights Commission, Tony Ojukwu (SAN), talks to FRIDAY OLOKOR on the increasing level of human rights violation and how the body is tackling them. Of course, the general insecurity in the country is very sad for human rights work.
