Foluke Oni

Foluke Oni is the Director, Human Resources Management of the Ministry, helping the management craft and executing the human management development. She is the overseeing director in charge of the 13 zonal liaison offices across the Country. Foluke also oversee the Human Resources matters of the Zonal Offices and offices of the Legal Advisers in MDAs.

She is a strategic leader with more than 32 years’ experience and track record of helping to develop human capital, skill acquisition programs, staffing and career progression etc.

She was appointed into the Federal Civil Service as a personnel officer, Grade II, SGL 08 and rose through the rank of the post of Director, SGL 17 w.e.f 1/1/2020. She is well-versed in leveraging human capital development and career progression. Foluke is a fluent motivational speaker, and holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthology from the University of Ife (now O.A.U), Master of Personnel Psychology (MPP) from the University of Ibadan and Master of Public Administration (Policy) from Flinders University, Australia. A passionate advocate of Retire-to-Refire for all retiring Civil Servant in the office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

She is happily married with Children.
