The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially declared bandit groups operating in any parts of the country as Terrorists.
The declaration is contained in the Federal Government’s Gazette proscribing their existence and restraining any person or group of persons from participating in activities of any of the groups.
The Official Gazette which was signed by the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN was released today, Wednesday 5th January, 2022.Please see the document as attached.
